If my customers aren’t happy, then I'm not happy!  Please read the following sections to find out more about returns & shipping.  Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Returns

If you are unhappy with any product, please reach out to me.  I will try to replace the item first, but if that isn't an option, I will issue a refund as soon as possible.

Returns can be made within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or if the item has incorrect personalization due to my error.  If you would like to return an item, please contact me for return instructions.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail as soon as possible.
